We’re thrilled to welcome Cassandra Sohn, Holistic Health Practitioner, as our guest speaker! Cassandra will lead a hands-on session on:

"The Respiratory Care Mini Facial"

Join Cassandra Sohn as she demonstrates techniques to support respiratory health and overall well-being. These methods can help prevent respiratory infections, speed up recovery from lingering symptoms like coughs, sore throats, and post-nasal drip, reduce tension and restrictions in the head and neck, and improve the elasticity of facial skin and tissues. Cassandra will also guide you through hand and finger placements that promote relaxation and rejuvenation, leaving you feeling refreshed and smiling freer.

What to Bring:

  • Wear a loose-fitting shirt with a wide neck opening.

  • Arrive with a clean face, free of lotions, oils, and makeup on your face, neck, and upper chest.

  • Consider bringing a pillow to comfortably support your arms during the session.
